Thinking of beautiful hair.. try this..

I am sure there are many of you who would like to have hair that is full and shiny. Many scenes that you see on shampoo commercial that makes you wonder how do I get that? Well here are some ways that will help you to achieve those looks whether your hair is straight or curly.

SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER

This is the most important thing that you must own to be able to have beautiful hair, all you need is the correct type of shampoo and conditioner for your hair. Do ask your hairstylist which is the best for you. I would recommend professional ranges instead of over-the-counter products from supermarkets/ pharmacies... they are a little more expensive but they do make a difference on your hair

TAKE CARE OF YOUR SCALP

Not only does your hair need maintenance but your scalp too needs good care. This is to ensure that your new hair will grow strong and healthy. It all comes down to how healthy your scalp is and if its not taken care well, problems such as Hair loss, Dandruff, Oiliness, Dryness, Sensitive and other scalp disorder may surface. So do make time for a scalp treatment once a while just to deep cleanse your scalp making sure that all dirty residue is washes off.

CUT YOUR HAIR

Even if you want to grow your hair long, you still need to have your ends trimmed every 2 months to avoid split ends. This also helps to prevent your hair from being out of shape.
For those hair styles that just needs maintenance, ask your stylist how often do you need to get it trimmed as each person has different hair growth.

TREAT YOUR HAIR

Your hair needs pampering once a while as they do lose protein and moisture as the days go by.
I would suggest that you do a hair treatment once every 6 weeks to 8 weeks, make sure that you are using the correct kind of treatment on your hair (moisture or protein). If you have masque treatments at home, then you should apply it once every 2 weeks just for maintenance.

GET A GOOD STYLIST

He or she should be able to understand you and your needs, someone that you can talk to so that there won't be any complication and misunderstanding. The best thing is that both of you are able to share ideas. He or she be daring enough to change your hairstyle once a while so that you won't feel bored.

Always be ready to change and try new things.

  3. Hi Raymond,my scalp feels tight at times and itchy but there isnt much problem when it comes to dandruff (just the occasional flakes).

I would love something that hydrates my scalp while strengthening the root (I've noticed that my hair tend to fall off from the root i guess thats normal but in a large amount everyday.) while not making my hair limp as I have fine hair.

And also, what kind of hairstyle do you recommend if I want more volume? I've got naturally wavy hair but sometimes its too limp.

    Thanks for your time!! :)

  4. Hi Sarah..

Looking at the what you have you told me, you need to get a Shampoo for SENSITIVE SCALP. You can try NIOXIN 1 SHAMPOO & NIOXIN SCALP THERAPY or KERASTASE BAIN BIO RECHARGE.

As for your hair style, you may need to keep it short but with layers on it so that it will give you alot of volume.
