45 And Still Going Strong
Just a few days ago, I passed 45 and for me its just another day in life that we need to go thru.It was a day where I felt like I had done many things in life that I would reflect back with no regrets and also looking at what have I not done. So far so good, only a few things left that I have not achieved (getting married that for sure), but most of it shouldn't be a problem to get it done as I think I do have many more years in life..
It was nice to be able to spent that time with my baby and my family. Having some time off from work was great so that I was able to do some relaxing things. Having the whole family back on my birthday was the greatest gifts of all as my brother is working in Shanghai.
Talking about marriage, I would like to congratulate Audrey Ooi & Timothy Tiah on theirs..
Still I was getting paranoid about my BP that is on the border line, going for a medical and also buying some supplements to help my BP. Seeing a doctor was not much of help as he was telling to do things that I was already doing like not eating things that are salty, sweet and fatty, doing regular exercises etc etc.. anyway I just have to be careful as my family tree do have history of high BP. My baby was saying that I am over worried about it too much. Well maybe is true that I am a little too worried.
Well the new BPL (English Premier League) will start in another 10 days time and I am really excited about it as there is new manager in LFC with a new system of play that looks promising and also two and a half months without football nites is already too much to missed out although there was the Euro 2012 between it but as I told all my friends I am not so much of a country person but more of a club man. As usual like all loyal footies, the clubs newest kit are already on hands and waiting to be worn. Rehearsing the chants, anthems and also looking for new songs so that we are not left out when you hear it.. Some of my friends are already planning a trip to Anfield Liverpool in April or May next year and its is so tempting, anyway that is still a long time to go. Lets hope that this season they will be luckier not hitting the goal post so many time (30 last season) and the ball will be at the back of the net this time around.
Things are looking good at the moment with the salon settling down nicely and running smoothly. Just have to make sure it stays that way.
Life is short so make sure you don't take things for granted and cherish your love ones and people next to you.
